Theresa Firestone

Theresa Firestone is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in corporate governance and healthcare management. Currently serving as an Independent Director at Blue Charm and Apotex Inc., as well as holding various leadership roles at Prollenium Medical Technologies Inc., adMare BioInnovations, Cybin Inc., Aurora Cannabis Inc., and Orion Biotechnology, Theresa demonstrates expertise in human resources, auditing, governance, and compensation committees. Prior to these roles, Theresa was Senior Vice President at Shoppers Drug Mart, where responsibilities included overseeing Health and Wellness and healthcare businesses. Theresa also served on the Board at the University of Guelph and held a directorship at Merus Labs International before its acquisition.
