Lena Grekova is a seasoned talent advisor with extensive experience in recruitment and career consulting. Currently serving as a Talent Advisor at Aurora Energy Research, Lena is responsible for launching and managing Graduate and Early Careers programmes globally. Previously, as a Relocation & Career Consultant at LenainBerlin, support for expats relocating to Germany was provided, along with career consulting services for professionals in Engineering, Product, and HR. Lena has held significant roles in various organizations, including HR at Aignostics, Lead Engineering Talent Acquisition Partner at Zattoo, and Tech & Product Recruiting Partner at Urban Sports Club.
