Oliver Brandt

Oliver Brandt is a seasoned professional in employee relations with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Employee Relations at Aurora since December 2021, Oliver has previously held significant roles such as Head of Employee Relations at X, the moonshot factory, and Employee Relations positions at Amazon Web Services and Nike. Oliver's career began at Safeway, where responsibilities included labor relations management, and includes leadership roles at UPS. Oliver holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Portland State University, earned between 2002 and 2005.
