Sara Patton

Sara Patton is an accomplished Senior Technical Recruiter with extensive experience in recruitment and career services across various educational and professional settings. Currently at Aurora since March 2020, Sara collaborates with multiple product teams to fulfill recruitment needs. Prior to Aurora, Sara held multiple roles at UPMC, Independence University, Empire Education Group, and others, specializing in recruitment strategies, career services, and employer relations. With a strong educational background, including a Master's degree in Communication Studies from PennWest Edinboro and a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Media Studies from Penn State Erie, Sara has developed expertise in job placement, career development, and training, contributing significantly to the success of numerous graduates and organizations.
