Abubakra Ajab

Abubakra Ajab is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for Aurorium in India since November 2023. Prior to this role, Abubakra held various significant positions at BIC from August 2015 to October 2023, including Head HR for the Middle East and Africa, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing operations in four factories and six distribution centers across seven countries, and Head HR for India, managing the human resource function of BIC Cello. Previous experience includes roles at Welspun Group, Panasonic Life Solutions India Private Limited, and Alok Industries Ltd, focusing on compliance, recruitment, training, employee relations, and operational HR management. Abubakra holds an MBA in Human Resources from SSR IMR (University of Pune) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from South Gujarat University.
