Abel Bazan Gamboa

Abel Bazan Gamboa is a highly experienced civil engineer with a solid background in project management and supervision within the mining and construction industries. Currently serving as Supervisor Civil at Ausenco, responsible for overseeing project goals in the Antamina mining unit, Abel previously held roles at SNC-Lavalin as Senior Civil Engineer, managing engineering and logistics for various projects. A consistent application of the Last Planner methodology has been evident in positions at HV Contratistas and STRACON. Experience includes substantial roles at CONSORCIO OWM-ETECO, San Martín Contratistas Generales, and GyM S.A. - Grupo Graña y Montero, focusing on site supervision, resource management, and civil works construction.
