Leo Salinas

Leo Salinas is an experienced civil engineer with a robust background in engineering design and project management. Currently serving as the Lead Civil Engineer at Ausenco since May 2023, Leo previously held positions such as Senior Civil Engineer at Inertia Engineering and Civil Engineer at TfA Project Group. With a career spanning over 17 years, Leo has a proven track record in civil engineering design services, hydraulic modeling, stormwater management, and contract construction management. Educational qualifications include a Civil Engineering degree from Universidad Mayor de San Simón and a Master’s in Water Engineering from Universidad Autonoma Juan Misael Saracho. Additional experience includes project management roles with UN-HABITAT and detailed design of water and sewage systems with SEMAPA.
