Pedro Silva

Pedro Silva is a seasoned BIM Manager with extensive experience in engineering systems analysis and project management, particularly in the mining sector. Currently employed at AFRY since October 2022, Pedro integrates 3D models into the Common Data Environment using Autodesk Construction Cloud. Previously, Pedro held positions as a BIM Manager at Progen S.A., where responsibilities included managing BIM projects, providing technical support, and training in various software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks. With a strong foundation in mechanical design, having served as an Industrial Mechanical Designer and instructor for multiple design software platforms, Pedro has also accumulated experience in project management and consultancy. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal de São João del-Rei and studies in Civil Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.
