Sarah Reid

Sarah Reid is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in recruitment and operations management. Since February 2012, Sarah has served as HR Program Lead for People & Culture at Australia Post, previously holding the position of Manager for Recruitment & Transition Operations. Prior to Australia Post, Sarah worked at Paxus as Key Account Operations Lead, where responsibilities included engaging with senior management and customers to enhance business processes. Additional roles include Account Manager at Hays Personnel Services, Team Leader at Link Recruitment, and various Account Manager positions at Spherion Recruitment Solutions. Sarah holds a Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from The University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Behavioural Science in Psychology from LaTrobe University.
