Edward Elkins

Edward Elkins is an experienced healthcare professional with extensive expertise in clinical governance, quality management, and education. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Clinical Governance at the Australian Digital Health Agency and as a Non-Executive Director at Peppercorn Services Inc. and Active Care Network, Edward provides strategic leadership to enhance clinical governance and oversee financial management in not-for-profit organizations. Previous roles include Clinical Assurance Manager at EG Funds, After Hours Nurse Manager, and Quality Manager at St Vincent’s Health Network Sydney, along with significant contributions as a leader in strategic initiatives and capability development at BC Patient Safety & Quality Council. Edward holds dual Master’s degrees in Public Health and Health Leadership and Management from UNSW and possesses a strong foundation in nursing, having earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wollongong.
