Ankita Bhatnagar

Ankita Bhatnagar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the resources and energy sectors, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at the Australian High Commission in New Delhi since February 2023. Previously, Ankita was a Consultant for the Ministry of Environment, Forests & Climate Change from January 2020 to December 2022 and worked with the Expenditure Management Commission and Fourteenth Finance Commission as a Young Professional. Notable contributions include research on the oil sector in India and sustainable transport solutions in urban planning at Shakti Sustainable Energy Foundation. Ankita holds an MBA from TERI School of Advanced Studies, an M.A. in Economics from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and a B.A. in Economics from Delhi University.
