Dr. Shayne Silcox, PSM, currently serves as a Lecturer in MBA programs at the Australian Institute of Management, specializing in Strategy Implementation and Operations Management. Additionally, Dr. Silcox is a Board Member and Principal at the Strategic Leadership Consulting Group, focusing on helping leaders improve their businesses through customized strategic approaches. Dr. Silcox has extensive experience in executive roles, including serving as CEO for the City of Melville, the City of Belmont, and the City of Nedlands, highlighting a commitment to economic development, community engagement, and organizational excellence.
