Berenice Raynes-Greenow

Berenice Raynes-Greenow is an experienced Learning and Development professional with a diverse background in human resource management and organisational effectiveness. Currently serving as the Learning & Development Lead at Australian Retirement Trust since March 2020, Berenice previously held roles such as Organisational Effectiveness Specialist and Learning and Development Business Partner at TechnologyOne, where contributions included developing high-performing teams and aligning learning programs with business goals.
