Dmytro Zahorodniuk

Dmytro Zahorodniuk is a seasoned Talent Sourcer with significant experience working in high-paced environments. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Sourcer at AUTO1 Group since February 2023, Dmytro specializes in the digital wholesale platform for used cars. Previously, at Matchr from January 2020 to February 2023, Dmytro transitioned from sourcing to a combined role as Talent Sourcer and Lead Sales Development Representative, leading a team while successfully securing sponsors and partnerships. Dmytro's background includes sourcing for various tech and non-tech positions in fast-growing start-ups and scale-ups, resulting in 29 successful hires. Dmytro also holds a Master's degree in Russian, Central European, East European and Eurasian Studies from the University of Glasgow, along with study experiences at the University of Tartu and Jagiellonian University.
