Kaustubh Padhya

Kaustubh Padhya is an experienced Business Systems Analyst at Autodesk since February 2022, specializing in global eStore/order platform support and SAP Order-to-Cash processes as part of Digital Transformation projects. Prior to Autodesk, Kaustubh held roles at Synopsys Inc. from June 2018 to February 2022, including Senior SAP Technical Analyst, where key contributions included financial business applications, process improvement, and integration involving SAP S/4HANA and automation solutions. Additional experience includes operations data analysis at Puls, a graduate assistant role at California State University-Los Angeles, and various internships and positions in business applications and supply chain management. Kaustubh holds an MBA in International Business, a Master’s in Management Information Systems, and a Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communications, alongside ongoing studies in Operations Management.
