Ella Brearley

Ella Brearley is a Quality Assurance Specialist at Autolus Ltd. since July 2023, with extensive experience in the quality assurance field within the life sciences sector. Previously, Ella held various positions at the Gene Therapy Vector Facility from September 2019 to July 2023, including Senior Quality Officer and Quality Officer, focusing on cell and gene therapy. Prior experience includes a role as a Medical Laboratory Assistant at West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust from September 2016 to August 2019, where Ella worked in both Haematology and Blood Transfusion. Ella's career began with voluntary roles and sales and customer service positions at R H Hall. Ella earned a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Human Biology with a Diploma in Professional Studies from Loughborough University between 2014 and 2018.
