Brian Kohler

Brian Kohler is a seasoned professional in facility and property management technology, currently serving as the CEO and Founder of myWork since January 2024, where innovative technology solutions enhance property sustainability and occupant well-being. As President of Automated Decision since September 2014, Kohler leads a software development company focused on mobile field service management solutions for critical equipment. Previous experience includes a role as Business Development Manager at Field Diagnostics Inc from April 2009 to September 2012, where a strong track record in sales strategies and revenue attainment was established, and as a Sales Engineer at Trane from August 2004 to March 2009, specializing in HVAC sales and project management. Kohler began a career as a Refractory Engineer at Permatech Inc, where expertise in refractory castings was developed. Kohler holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
