Raman Chitkara is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in board governance and the technology sector. Currently, Raman Chitkara serves as a Board Member and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Automation Anywhere, as well as a Board Member for Arteris IP and SiTime. Additionally, Raman Chitkara played a pivotal role as a Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee at Xilinx until its $50 billion acquisition by AMD. Previously, Raman Chitkara held significant leadership positions at PwC, including Partner and Global Technology Industry Practice Leader, along with serving as the Global Semiconductor Industry Leader.
