Fabio Paravento

Fabio Paravento, PhD EMBA, currently serves as the Head of PMO at ACC - Automotive Cells Company, leading operations at the ACC Gigafactory in Italy since February 2023. Prior to this role, Paravento was the Director of Projects Italy at Seawind Ocean Technology, overseeing project coordination and business development from 2021 to 2023. Additional experience includes positions as New Business Development Strategist at DiWiseit, Sr Program Manager for ITER at Westinghouse Electric Company, and Project Manager at Basrah Gas Company. Paravento’s extensive background in project management within the Oil & Gas sector includes roles at Qatar Shell GTL and Shell companies, with expertise in pipeline engineering and flow assurance. An academic foundation includes a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, an Executive MBA from MIB Trieste School of Management, and a Master’s degree in Nuclear Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma.
