Mika Hautala

Mika Hautala is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in production management and process development, currently serving as the Toimitusjohtaja at Auton ja tien museo Mobilia since November 2024. Previously, Mika held various leadership roles at SSAB from October 2014 to November 2024, including Director of Production, where responsibilities encompassed safety management, quality improvement, production stability, and technology development in coil coating. Mika also contributed significantly at Ruukki Metals Oy from April 1999 to September 2014, overseeing production planning, process development, and quality management for cold rolled and coated products. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Materials Engineering from Tampere University of Technology and several leadership and management certifications from various institutions.
