Katharina Kralj

Katharina Kralj has extensive experience in financial regulation and education. Currently serving as a Senior Supervisor in Asset Management at Autoriteit Financiële Markten since October 2014, Kralj has expertise in alternative investment fund managers, UCITS, and MiFID II. Kralj also holds a position as a Fellow member and Lecturer at Erasmus University Rotterdam, focusing on financial markets and the Dutch Act on Financial Supervision. Prior roles include Legal Counsel at KAS BANK N.V., Senior Associate in Corporate Finance at ING Bank, and Supervisor at the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets, where Kralj was involved in approving prospectuses and participated in European regulatory committees. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Business Law from Tilburg University and a degree in Company and Civil Law from Groningen University.
