Amit Kumar is a professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as DGM O&M at Avaada Group since April 2024. Prior to this role, Amit held the position of Head of Analytics & Digitization at Param Renewable Energy from March 2023 to March 2024, focusing on the integration of solar technology with tech solutions and performance analysis. Amit's career includes significant positions at Sterling and Wilson as O&M Manager, and at Adani Green Energy Ltd. as Assistant Manager, where responsibilities encompassed project coordination, performance analysis, and the implementation of maintenance strategies. Amit began the career at Adani Power Limited as an Assistant Manager, overseeing electrical installations at coal-based thermal plants. Amit holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BIT Sindri.
