Nikole White

Nikole White is an experienced professional in managed implementation and client consulting, currently serving as Team Lead at Avalara since December 2019. In this role, Nikole leads high-volume projects that support small to medium-sized businesses with AvaTax setup, sales and use tax registrations, and tax return processing. Previously, Nikole worked at Apple from June 2013 to December 2019, where responsibilities included providing consultative solutions to SMB clients and acting as a Team Manager Apprentice, as well as offering high-end technical support as a Senior Technical Specialist. Nikole holds an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Durham Technical Community College and is pursuing an additional Associate’s Degree in the same field at Wake Technical Community College.
