Mohammed al Muteri

Mohammed Al Muteri, PhD, PMP, serves as the Medical Director at AVALON Pharma and has held significant positions at the SFDA ( هيئة الغذاء والدواء), including Head of the Post-marketing Variations Department and Vice Chair of the Committee for Registration of Health and Herbal Products. With expertise in scientific evaluation, regulatory affairs, and post-marketing changes, Mohammed contributes to various aspects of pharmaceutical regulation. Additionally, Mohammed serves as an Adjunct Faculty Member at AlMaarefa University and has experience in warehouse and supply chain management at Security Forces Hospital in Riyadh. Mohammed earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Pharmaceutics and Regulatory Affairs from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Analysis and Quality Control from King’s College London.
