Micah Conn

Micah Conn is an experienced senior executive in the real estate development sector, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Development at AvalonBay Communities since November 2022. Prior to this role, Micah held the position of Regional Vice President of Investments at Gables Residential from April 2017 to November 2022. Between 2013 and April 2017, Micah served as Vice President of Development at M-M Properties, overseeing significant projects such as the development of a 299,000 square foot residential building with an accompanying 200,000 square foot parking garage. Micah also has a history of leadership as President of Sawgrass Building Corp. from May 2008 to February 2016, where Development Management Services were provided. Micah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida and two Master of Science degrees in Construction Management and related fields from Florida International University.
