Danielle Livingston

Danielle Livingston is an experienced professional in learning innovation and strategy, currently serving as the Director of Learning Innovation & Strategy and Global Design & Development Lead at Avanade since November 2006. In this role, Danielle leads a global team focused on enhancing learning modalities through modern technologies to improve competitive advantage. Previously, as Group Manager for Learner Experience and Operations, Danielle partnered with executive leadership to develop strategic learning initiatives across various geographies. Additional roles included Curriculum Manager, where Danielle aligned learning strategies with business priorities, and Sr. Learning Consultant - Onboarding Lead, responsible for streamlining onboarding processes across 22 countries. Danielle's earlier experience includes a senior consulting role at Symantec and organizational development consulting at Priority Partners Inc. Danielle holds an M.Ed. in Adult Education with a focus on Organizational Development and Training from Oregon State University and a BA in Speech Communication and Sociology from Penn State University.
