Rob Herman

Rob Herman is an experienced professional in the fields of automation and controls engineering, currently serving as a Senior Account Manager and Program Manager at Avanceon since August 2012. Rob has a robust background in project management, having led projects from inception to completion while managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources. Previous roles at Avanceon included Project Manager/Controls Engineer and various levels of Controls Engineer, focusing on technical design and cross-functional project team leadership. Prior to working at Avanceon, Rob gained valuable experience as a Software Engineer at Life Cycle Engineering, where responsibilities included developing automation and SCADA standards, and as a Controls Engineer in earlier positions. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University.
