Kate Kaeli, CPC, is a seasoned professional in event planning and reimbursement, currently serving as a Reimbursement Specialist at Avania since April 2021. With extensive experience in the events industry, Kate has held various significant roles, including Meeting Planner & Account Executive at THM, where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive event management for over 20 meetings annually, and Assistant Vice President of Event Planning at BlackRock, focusing on corporate meeting organization and contract negotiations. As the co-founder of kma events, LLC, Kate established an award-winning event planning company, showcasing a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Additionally, roles at McCarter Theatre and Alliance Capital demonstrate a solid background in fundraising and marketing. Kate holds a B.S. in Psychology from Radford University.
