Sidhartha Ghosh

Sidhartha Ghosh currently serves as Lead - HRBEP at Avanse Financial Services Ltd. since July 2018. Prior to this role, Sidhartha was involved with Star Agriwarehousing & Collateral Management Ltd. from December 2014 to July 2018, where responsibilities included establishing HR processes and policies for the organization. Sidhartha's experience also includes managing HR for sales, marketing, and TAC at Rich Products Corporation between September 2012 and September 2014, implementing global HR policies within the Indian local market. From August 2008 to September 2012, Sidhartha progressed from regional HR to Corporate HR at Future Generali, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle and HR analytics. Early career experiences include serving as Team Leader - ES at 2COMS and as an Associate at IBM Global Process Services. Sidhartha holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Calcutta and a PGCHRM in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur.
