Khushboo Agarwal

Khushboo Agarwal is a Continuous Improvement Specialist at Avant Mutual since September 2023, focusing on fostering a culture of continuous improvement and delivering cross-functional process improvement projects. Prior to this, Khushboo served at Schneider Electric in various managerial capacities from September 2015 to June 2023, where responsibilities included skill development, stakeholder engagement, and business process improvement. Previous experience includes roles as a Product and QMS Engineer at Morpho (SAFRAN), a Purchase Officer at Decore Science and Technology Ltd, and a QA & Purchase Engineer at ACME Telepower Ltd. Khushboo holds a Six Sigma Black Belt from the Indian Statistical Institute and an MBA in Operations Management from The ICFAI University, along with a B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering and Technology.
