Raj Anandraj

Raj Anandraj is a Trustee at Avante Care & Support. Raj has also worked as an Integrated Care Systems Technology Lead for NHS Surrey Heartlands CCG, a Healthcare Information Technology Consultant for The London Clinic, and Head of Innovation & Systems Solutions for an NHS Trust. In their previous role as Head of Innovation & Systems Solutions, they were responsible for providing technical leadership around interoperability, data warehousing, mobile working, mobile app development and acting as the design authority for in-house developed business and clinical system solutions. Raj has also been responsible for IM&T innovation within the organisation, ensuring that the Trust is fit for the “digital age”, and monitoring emerging technological trends to ensure that the organisation is best exploiting the use of technology to support both clinicians in improving clinical outcomes and the wider organisation in streamlining processes and seeking out improved efficiencies.
