Damon Banks

Damon Banks has over two decades of experience in management and operational support within the life sciences and laboratory services sectors. Currently serving as the Coverage Specialist Manager at Avantor since April 2002, Damon manages a decentralized team across the United States, providing site support including paid time off coverage, on-the-job training, and site implementations. Prior to this role, Damon worked as the Operational Specialist Manager and Supervisor of Site Services at VWR International from April 2002 to May 2017, overseeing a team of 13 associates on the East Coast and managing scheduling, performance reviews, hiring, and spend management. Damon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Pre-Med from Virginia State University, earned between 1996 and 2001.
