Nestor Beltrame

Nestor Beltrame is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as the Director of Safety and Quality at Avantto | Administração de Aeronaves since April 2018. Previously, Nestor held the position of Director of Operations at Avantto from 2010 to 2018 and worked as a Helicopter Pilot and Chief Pilot at Helisolutions from 2001 to 2010. Nestor began the career as a Flight Instructor and Chief Pilot at ABC Fly from 1998 to 2001. Nestor's educational background includes a degree in Civil Aviation Management from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi (2013-2017), studies in Process and Quality Management from Fundação Vanzolini, an executive development program from Fundação Dom Cabral, and commercial pilot training at Aeroclube de São Paulo from 1996 to 1998.
