Jane Rawnsley

Jane Rawnsley is currently serving as SVP Creative AI at Avataar since January 2024. Before this role, Jane spent nearly nine years at Wayfair, where notable positions included Executive Creative Director for Stand Alone Brands, overseeing creative teams for AllModern, Birch Lane, Joss & Main, and Perigold, and Head of Imagery Creative, leading a team of 200 and earning the 2018 Founders Award for Innovation. Jane's earlier career includes key roles such as Art Director for Pottery Barn Teen at Williams-Sonoma, Inc., Principal and Creative Director at JRGD, Creative Director at N Media Group, and Production Artist at Gap Inc. Jane holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Wake Forest University.
