Juul Osinga

Juul Osinga is a consultant specializing in urban area development and spatial planning at Aveco de Bondt since August 2018. With a strong background in spatial planning and environmental issues, Juul has coordinated legal and planning procedures, as well as conducted environmental studies. Formerly the founder and chair of the Netwerk Jong Leefomgeving, Juul worked to engage young professionals in environmental law developments. Experience includes a role as an environmental planner for the Municipality of Zwolle and serving as an ambassador for KOBO-HO in Eastern Netherlands to promote education and skills in soil management. Juul began a career at TTE Consultants, progressing from project employee to project leader and advisor in soil and environment projects. Academic qualifications include an MSc and BSc in Planning from Radboud University and a VWO diploma from Etty Hillesum Lyceum.
