Kelsey Martin

Kelsey Martin is an experienced residential property manager currently working at Avenue5 Residential since August 2019, having previously held the role of Assistant Property Manager. Kelsey has also served as a Leasing Manager and Event Coordinator at Wood Partners from November 2018 to the present. Prior experience includes serving as a licensed real estate broker at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. from August 2017 to June 2020, and holding sales positions at Nordstrom and Prime Residential, where Kelsey was an Assistant Manager and Leasing Agent. Kelsey began the professional journey as an Office Assistant/Sales representative at Big Tree NW and worked as a Barista at Java Crew. Kelsey is pursuing education at the University of Oregon, having attended West Salem High School from 2005 to 2009.
