Day Wells

Day Wells has significant experience in the health and social care sector, currently serving as a Training Partner and Deputy Manager at Avenues Group since June 2008, overseeing the overall management of residential care services and practicing mindfulness instruction. Prior to this, Day Wells worked as a Deputy Manager and Senior Support Worker at mcch society ltd, where an NVQ Level 3 in health and social care was obtained. Additional roles include a Sales Assistant at Silverscreen and Game Retail Ltd., as well as a Support Worker at MCLS. Educational qualifications include a Foundation Year in Mindfulness Based Approaches from Bangor University, a Certificate in Management and Level 5 Diploma in Management from The Avenues Trust, an NVQ Level 2 in Information Technology from MITS, and ongoing studies towards a BTEC Level 5 Professional Diploma in Positive Behavior Support with NHS Wales.
