Carla Isley

Carla Isley currently serves as the Associate Director of Admissions and Financial Aid, as well as the Associate Director of Upper Division Admissions at Avenues The World School since July 2021. Prior to this role, Carla held multiple positions at Avenues from October 2017 to July 2021, including Assistant Director of Admissions for Grades 5-12, Admissions Officer, and Admissions Coordinator. Between 2015 and 2017, Carla was the Bilingual Language Program Coordinator at GAIA Language Company. Carla obtained a Master's degree in Spanish Language, Literature, and Culture from Syracuse University in 2014 and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature and Art History from Colgate University in 2012. Additional experiences include serving as a mentor during the Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant Orientation and working as a Community Coordinator and Spanish Tutor at Colgate University. Educational history includes primary school at Asociación Escuelas Lincoln and high school at Hong Kong International School.
