Heather Harinstein

Heather Harinstein currently serves as the Director of Federal Sales at AvePoint, where leadership is provided to a team focused on federal agencies, the Department of Defense, and the Defense Industrial Base. Previously, Heather held the position of Senior Account Executive for Federal at BetterUp, contributing to the development of government business and enhancing employee well-being within federal agencies. With extensive experience at Microsoft, including roles as Strategic Account Director and Account Technology Strategist, Heather supported the Department of Defense and Federal Civilian clients by leveraging cloud services and creating technology roadmaps. Prior to this, Heather managed business services at Phase One Consulting Group and was a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, specializing in strategic communications. Heather earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Marketing and eBusiness from Towson University.
