Mharielle Lugatiman

Mharielle Lugatiman currently serves as a Change Management Consultant at AvePoint since August 2024. Prior to this role, Mharielle was a Senior Expert in Change Management at Globe Group, where responsibilities included identifying change impacts and executing change management plans. Mharielle's experience also includes serving as a Business Readiness Manager at Vertere Global Solutions, Inc., focusing on change impact assessments and user training. Mharielle began a career at RAX Engineering & Industrial Supply as a Quality and Process Engineer and transitioned through various roles, including technical support during the 2016 Presidential Elections. Mharielle holds a degree from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, obtained between 2012 and 2017.
