Donald Rudewicz

Donald Rudewicz has extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, currently serving as Resident Director at AVI Foodsystems since September 2018. Prior to this role, Donald worked as General Manager at CraftWorks Restaurants & Breweries, Inc. and Gordon Biersch Brewery and Restaurant, where Donald managed operations that generated substantial revenues. Donald also held the position of Training General Manager at Red Robin International, overseeing a casual dining restaurant, and achieved recognition as Owner-Operator of the Year at Garfield’s Restaurant & Pub. Donald holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Buffalo State College, earned from 1989 to 1993.
