Stephen Hensley

Stephen Hensley has over two decades of experience in revenue operations and financial management. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Revenue Operations at AVI-SPL since May 2011, Stephen has progressively worked through roles including Director of Revenue Cycle Management and Sr. Manager of Finance Operations, managing a staff of ten across multiple business units and overseeing significant monthly revenue activities. Prior experience includes a position as Supervisor of Revenue Operations at Equinix, where management of billing analysts ensured accurate processing of work orders and contract renewals. Stephen began career as a Treasury Analyst at Switch and Data, focusing on cash management and forecasting. Stephen holds an MBA in HR Management from Florida Metropolitan University and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Tusculum University.
