Paul Boyle is an accomplished aviation professional with extensive experience in airline marketing and management across Europe, Africa, and the EMEA region. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Europe & Africa at AviLease since September 2023, Paul has held key positions in various reputable companies, including CDB Aviation, Avolon, Aercap Ireland, SMBC Aviation Capital, and RBS Aviation Capital. With a strong background in commercial negotiation and aircraft portfolio management, Paul has successfully engaged with airline clients and structured complex lease agreements. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors and a degree in Business & Financial Services from Dublin Business School.
