Rūta Šernaitė

Rūta Šernaitė is an experienced People and Culture Project Manager and Specialist at Avion Express, the largest airline in Lithuania and a leading narrow-body wet-lease operator. With a career spanning several roles in human resources, Rūta began as a Human Resources Coordinator at Avion Express, later transitioning to Amston as a Recruitment Consultant and HR Advisor, where responsibilities included client engagement and candidate assessment. Rūta's earlier experience includes a customer service role at VĮ Registrų centras. Rūta holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Vilnius University.
