Sean Jones

Sean Jones is an experienced facilities management professional with a strong background in leading property and facilities operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Property, International at Avis Budget Group since January 2016, Sean oversees the refurbishment of the International HQ while redefining the FM strategy for the company's premium office location outside of the US. Prior to this role, Sean held key positions at Hutchison 3G, Halliburton, and Rio Tinto, managing comprehensive facilities management activities and establishing strategic frameworks across multiple sites in the UK and Scandinavia. Sean's career also includes significant tenure at Prudential Assurance, where accountability for service delivery spanned several UK locations, including the global headquarters. Sean's educational background includes attendance at The Forest School from 1979 to 1985.
