Anne-Marie Ayers

Anne-Marie Ayers is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with extensive experience in office leasing and sales. Currently serving as a Principal at Avison Young since January 2020, Ayers has built a reputation as an industry leader and office specialist. Prior to Avison Young, Ayers was the President of Ayers Commercial, a full-service real estate firm in the Tampa Bay area, and held the position of First Vice President at CBRE for over two decades. Earlier roles include Broker Associate at Childress Klein Properties and Director of Marketing and Leasing at Corporex. Ayers began their career as an Associate at Paramount Group and as Leasing Director at Bristol Development. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Marketing from the University of Florida.
