Wesley Boatwright

Wesley Boatwright is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in leadership and academia. Currently serving as Principal at Avison Young since October 2017, Wesley is a member of the CMG Executive Committee and received the 2022 Circle of Excellence award for top Producers. Previously, as Managing Director at JLL from January 2001 to September 2017, Wesley was recognized with the 2015 WBJ Best Real Estate Deals award for the Washington, DC Region. Wesley also contributed to education as an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University, teaching Real Estate Investment Banking from 2010 to 2014. Earlier career roles include Senior Vice President at Spaulding and Slye and Vice President at Walker and Dunlop. Wesley holds an MBA in Economics, Finance, and Marketing from William & Mary and a BA in Economics from Washington and Lee University.
