Andre Bourgie

Andre Bourgie is an experienced Learning Consultant with a career spanning several decades in the learning and development field. Currently at Aviva Canada since 2006, Andre leads the establishment of a Learning and Development Center of expertise, providing strategic consulting support and managing a team of instructional designers across North America. Previous roles include positions at Vodafone Czech Republic as an Experiential Learning and Curriculum Designer, and at Rogers Communications in various management capacities overseeing instructional design and training development for call center teams. Andre holds a Professional Certificate in Training and Development from Ryerson University and has a diverse background, including roles in the performing arts and as a flight attendant.
