Jonathan Briggs

Jonathan Briggs is an accomplished professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and diversity and inclusion. Since January 2016, Jonathan has served as the Group Head of Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclusion at Aviva, overseeing global initiatives in these areas. Prior to this role, Jonathan was the Head of Talent Acquisition for the Intellectual Property and Science division at Thomson Reuters from April 2013 to January 2016. Jonathan's experience also includes serving as the Head of Resourcing for Coutts within RBS's Wealth Management division from April 2010 to March 2013, as well as a Resourcing Manager at The Royal Bank of Scotland from September 2007 to April 2010. Earlier career experience includes a managerial position at Frazer Jones from September 2004 to September 2007. Jonathan's academic background includes studies at the University of the West of Scotland and Glasgow Academy.
