Sam Douglas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Change Lead at Aviva since August 2022, Sam previously held the role of Continuous Improvement Manager at Diligenta from March 2020 to July 2022. Sam's career began at Scottish Gas, where various managerial positions were held from May 2008 to April 2017, including roles such as Transactional Finance Manager and Service Excellence Manager. Earlier experience includes leading continuous improvement initiatives at npower from June 2017 to March 2020. Sam holds a National Higher Certificate in Social Sciences and a National Certificate in Advice, Guidance, and Counselling from Edinburgh Telford College, with foundational education from Trinity Academy.
